The promotional offer is for an investment of $5000 you will receive $16,000 worth of upgrades to go towards a 6 Star Homestar rated home.
The upgrade is applicable on the current standard Headstart plan design and specifications only (including current window sizes, ceiling heights, and other specifications).
If the Headstart standard plan is amended in any way, these changes may incur additional costs to achieve the 6 star Homestar rating, in this instance the difference in extra costs associated with upgrade will be paid by the applicant.
For all bespoke Headstart plans, the cost will be assessed based on that design and the upgrade contribution will be at the discretion of Hallmark Homes.
This promotion is also applicable to all Hallmark Homes plans up to the maximum upgrade limit of $16,000. Additional associated costs will be paid by the applicant.
The upgrades required to achieve 6 star rating will vary in each individual case depending on location and other variables.
This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or incentive.
The offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Applicant may be requested to be interviewed, photographed, or filmed at the collection of the Hallmark or Headstart Home and agree that the materials to be used for promotional purposes by Headstart Homes by Hallmark.
Hallmark Homes and Headstart Homes by Hallmark reserves the right without prior notice to substitute items of equal value or postpone the delivery of the offer in the case of stock limitations or unforeseen circumstances.
Hallmark Homes and Headstart Homes by Hallmark reserves the right without prior notice to alter, cancel, or extend the duration of the promotion.
All lending is subject to ANZ Bank lending criteria and approval to obtain the Healthy Home Loan benefits. Loan calculations are based on current lending rates at the time and may change and alter total interest savings as indicated.
